Shreeji Foods has a detailed Shipping and Returns Policy. They deliver products all over India and offer free shipping on orders above INR 499 (in Mumbai only). They strive to deliver orders within 3 working days, but the delivery may take up to 5-7 working days during holidays, festivals, or any special circumstances. Orders are taken only between Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday are processed on Monday. Each order comes with a tracking ID which is sent after the product has been dispatched. This ID can be used to track the order on their official website.
In case the order is received in a damaged condition, the customer can reach out to their customer support. They will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund depending upon the circumstances. The refund is processed only after they receive the product and check it. If the packaging of the order has been tampered with, the customer can refuse to take the delivery of the order. In such a case, the customer should reach out to their customer support. If there is nobody at the customer's address to receive the order, it will be delivered back to them. In this case, they will refund the product amount excluding the shipping amount.
Their Replacement Policy allows replacements only when the customer files a request within 24hrs of the delivery of the product. The product is thoroughly checked after they receive it and it will be replaced or the refund will be initiated only when it is established that the fault is from their side.
